SCAVENGER HUNT INSTRUCTIONS:
Listen to HITS 106 for clues to a specific business within the Tri-City area
There will be FIVE different Scavenger Hunts occurring on Sept. 19th, 21st, 23rd, 26th and 28th.
Listeners must try to figure out each day’s “Secret Location” based on clues given on air and through on-line communication (website, Facebook, etc.)
The secret location will be a business open to the public. Please keep in mind that each business will likely have customers present with normal business operations taking place. Please be considerate of others and don’t disrupt the business in any way.
NOTE: If any foul language, disruptive or abusive behavior is reported from the business community, you will be automatically disqualified from any potential prize earnings.
If you think you know what the secret location is, calmly enter the business
Upon entering the business, the listener must ask at the front desk, front register, etc. for a “Storm Hockey Prize Puck.”
If you correctly guessed the secret business and you are the first person to arrive, a Storm Hockey prize puck will be given to you.
If you are the first listener to arrive at the secret business and receive the puck, you must dial the phone number attached to the puck. This phone number leads to the HITS 106 radio station and when you call you must say you have the puck and declare the town and business location that you found it in. You must also state the number that is printed on the puck.
Once you have successfully phoned into the station with the prize puck your contact information will be taken and FOUR free tickets to the Tri-City Storm home opener on September 30th in Kearney, Nebraska will be reserved under your name.
INFORMATION FOR GRAND PRIZE FINALISTS AT THE STORM GAME:
At the Storm home opener on Sept. 30th, each Storm Scavenger hunt finalist will be required to participate in a drawing for the grand prize. This entails being present at the game and participating in the live drawing down on the ice or on the performance stage.
ONE finalist will win a prize package including Coca-Cola product, TWO Tri-City Storm season tickets, and additional gift certificates and prizes.

GENERAL RULES FOR CONTESTS AND PROMOTIONS OF KQKY
1. Contest dates will be determined by the Promotions and Programming Departments. Rules for specific contests will be determined as needed.

3. HOW TO ENTER: Instructions for entering station-sponsored contests will be available on air or, at the website, or by calling [308-698-2106].
4. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of companies and the sponsors involved, NRG Media and their affiliates,
subsidiaries,advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate families and/or those living in the
same household of each are noteligible. Minimum ages and other specifications will be determined for
contests as needed, or required by law, and be made available from the Station business office. One winner per household per month.
5. PRIZES: Determined by individual contest.
6. All winners will be notified by phone and/or mail, or email. Each winner must provide IDENTIFICATION IN PERSON at the Station located at [2223 Central, Ave. Kearney,NE], between the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. Identification includes Driver's License or picture ID and a Social Security card. All winners shall be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, release and indemnification. LIMITATIONS: The Station is not responsible for a contestant's inability to complete a telephone call within a specified time or visit the website, whether due to telephone/computer equipment malfunction, disconnection, busy lines or other circumstances. Contest sponsors are not responsible for a contestants inability to acquire transportation to a location to register for an event, personal circumstances prohibiting participation in a contest or other circumstances beyond their control. HITS 106 KQKY - Buffalo Bucks/Break the Bank Contest Rules.
Throughout the day each Wednesday in the month of November, we’ll give you three numbers of a combination. The numbers will be announced separately. After the three numbers that make up the combination have been given out over the air, listeners will be prompted to call in with all three numbers that make up the combination. Caller number 10, or whatever caller after 10 that can correctly give us the combination will win $106 dollars in Kearney Area Chamber Buffalo Bucks.
Then on November 23RD, during the Murphy in the Morning Show, we’ll ask our listeners to call in to give us all the numbers from the three previous Wednesdays’ combinations (nine numbers total). Caller 10 or whatever caller after 10 that can correctly give us the combination will win $1,006 dollars in Kearney Area Chamber Buffalo Bucks. A winner of the $106 Buffalo bucks is eligible to win the Grand Prize of $1,006 Buffalo Bucks.
Buffalo Bucks are like gift certificates that spend just like cash at any business in Buffalo County and are available through the Kearney Chamber of Commerce. These “bucks” are not transferable to cash and they are only good in Buffalo County.
All winners must be 18 years or older.
