Senator Ben Sasse talks about EPA impact in Nebraska, civics and overall benefit from Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s Supreme Court nomination

KEARNEY, Neb. – United States Senator Ben Sasse called in to the KGFW Studios to share his thoughts on what President Donald Trump’s Supreme Court nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh could mean for the nation and the state of Nebraska.

In Sasse’s words, “Nebraska serves as the bread basket of the world,” he believes that EPA regulations have affected the state negatively in agriculture and Judge Kavanaugh could be somebody that creates change for the state.

Judge Kavanaugh believes in unbiased law and presents opportunity for children to learn about the proper civics in looking at law without bias.
